What does it mean when a cb radio is two way?

I am looking to buy Cobra 29-LTD 2-Way 40-Channel CB Radio. i was just wonder what the two way part means. what is the differnce between the other cb radios

All CB radios by definition are "Two way" which means they both receive and transmit.

    Two-way means you can send and receive. Some radios are receive-only (car radios, for example) and some are send or transmit-only.

    As to the "bells and whistles" or what makes this radio different from other radios, I don’t know. Some truck stops have radio installation shops or electronics department managers who would know a whole lot better than I would!
