Fallout 3: new radio station mod “Civil Defense Broadcast System”
Pleas note: this is not my mod (but my video).
This mod (by wastedisposal/Peter)adds a new radio station (Civil Defense Broadcast System, 14 songs + several announcements) to your pipboy.
Download, install. Then launch fallout3 and push the data-button (not start), activate the file and enjoy.

mods like this work not on console.
In theory it is possible to copy a file from console to your PC, modify this file and copy it back to console by overwriting (replacing) the genuine file.
But all sub-files must keep the same name so the proggie finds the correct root.
I’ve just heard about modifying Console Games like this, looks like it needs some tools, some work and experience.
Wiki should have basic info about this, I guess there are boards with advanced info.
