It has a signal boosting amplifier, an amplified speaker, a locking cradle with all mounting hardware and all wiring. It does NOT include an antenna but those are easy to get on e-bay. This will be shipped via UPS as it weighs at almost 17lbs. It includes a Palm Mic that you can use in your vehicle without having to remove the radio.
