They should tell you what to use, but if not, then it may be shoutcast. That is pretty common and you can broadcast from home almost effortlessly. You just have to download winamp and shoutcast and it’s all free.

recheck the weblink as it wouldn’t come back to valid computer address and a search of whois didn’t bring up anything either.

Usually webcasters if they are looking for people will tell what programs they want to use (or will supply the programs)

without seeing the site however..I can’t help you
