You need a 12 volt source and some small gauge wire.
You can use a car battery or a 12 volt power adapter from something around the house.
A battery charger or something... I would use the small low current source to test it. The small charger/adapter is less likely to do damage if you get the connection incorrect the first time.
Getting power to the wrong pin is bad no matter how little current, but lower is better. A car batter at 650 + amps will pop it quick for sure if wrong...
Hopefully they are marked.

It depends on the connector type, but just poke the wires in the connector. If it has pins then skin a little extra coating off the wire and fold it up to make it thicker and balled a bit. Then poke it on the pin.
maybe wrap a little piece of tape or paper around the wire so it doesn't short to the other pins.
For the small female end connector just stick a pin in it and wrap the wire to the pin.

You do know which is the power pins for each radio right?
If not, You'll have to look up the connector diagrams online...

I don't know if all radios are case grounded. If they are then connect the ground to that and poke the hotwire in the connector. Beware though, it might make it into a paper weight. You could pull the case apart and look at the board to see what pins are what...

I like to make life difficult..sorry...

That's all I have to offer is poke away..

That sort of thing was common with analog TV because it was very easy to include the TV audio frequencies with any radio that had the FM broadcast band. Analog TV audio is also FM, so the additional parts in a set were minimal.

Not so with digital. You'd need a complete ATSC tuner, and you'd also need the same quality of antenna that's required to receive video. Analog television audio was receivable with a simple whip antenna on a portable radio, but you need the full digital bitstream, with good signal strength, to capture digital TV audio.

For those reasons, manufacturers haven't rushed to market digital TV audio radios. The production costs would be far too high and the demand for the product would be low.
References :
NO Rap music ANYWHERE by ANYONE is good. It's all the same crap made by crappy pieces of shit that think they're people when really they're nothing but ghetto rats trying to get attention. Trying to find rap music to "blast" is only going to make people hate you and wish you were dead.
References :
Look for the radios manual. If google and manufacturer website are of no help then ask a search agency like http://manualfox.com - They do a great job.
The service is not for free, but often worthy (you only pay if they find what you are asking for).
