If my memory holds true, I think it was around 64′ or 65′ when the first factory AM/FM radios were being installed in cars, in your upper end cars like the Lincolns and Cadillacs.

im not talking about satellite radio, internet radio, or xm radio, I also Do Not want to listen to it from my Ipod or Iphone or any other phone device. Im talking about any typical radio station from any states with commercials and all. what products can you purchase to be able to listen to any FM radio from all over the country?
I mean listening to one state’s radio station when your in another state. something you CANNOT do with a standard radio.

Depends how big the state is or how close you are to the boarder. The limit on FM is around 100 miles. So if the other state is `100 miles or less distant, then yes.
