No. There are businesses that supply radio stations. They do not sell to the public.
I am looking at these radios, but I cant’t find anywhere that says they can play local FM and AM stations.

Most can’t due to interference with the WiFi part.
If my memory holds true, I think it was around 64′ or 65′ when the first factory AM/FM radios were being installed in cars, in your upper end cars like the Lincolns and Cadillacs.
